Labour/Resource Manager

The successful candidate will be required to deal with motivation of workforce i.e. goals, targets. Deal with discipline with the assistance of HR. Assess training requirements of staff. Have the ability to deal with challenging situations with staff. Assess and organise individuals into work teams and liaise with Project Managers to provide adequate labour resource to all sites. Carry out Health and Safety implementation at site level i.e. tool box talks. Manage conformity of site administration i.e. site files.

Location:   Kent | Rate/Salary   To £40k plus package
