Quantity Surveyor

A stand alone position responsible for quantity surveying for the company as a whole. Duties and responsibilities include: Preparation of measurement for and preparation of Bills of Quantities, preparing valuations and cost reports, agreeing variations and final accounts, developing excellent professional relationships with clients and suppliers as necessary. Suitable candidates will be qualified as a Quantity Surveyor with 5 years’ experience and have a high level of IT literacy including MS Excel and Project. A challenging and interesting future is on offer along with security and a generous package.
