Building / Maintenance Surveyor

Successful candidates will have opportunity of working within a well-established team of Surveyors in an area that is one of the fastest growing in the UK. Applicants must be able to carry out pre & post inspections of domestic properties, schedule work orders, monitor budgets. Must have at least 2 years experience working for local authority or housing association as well as HND in building studies or good trade background.
