Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager

Successful candidates will have opportunity of working within a well-established team of Architects and Technicians in one of the fastest growing areas of the UK. Applicants must be qualified to HNC standard in building with an additional five years related experience and able to use AutoCAD. Applicants will responsible for project managing the delivery of a complex office refurbishment and moves management programme to the clients corporate buildings, duties will include surveying, drawing, specifying, administering and supervising contracts. The role will also include the direction and monitoring of a small team and the supervision of contractor performance on site. Applicants should have a good understanding of all aspects of building design and office refurbishment techniques including churn, as well as being confident at writing specifications, contract management, negotiations with contractors and JTC Contract administration.
