Project/Site Manager - Midlands - Residential - Midlands

Accomplished managers required to take responsibility for the programming and monitoring of all site works. Ensuring that the procurement meets budget and programme and that good sound construction procedures are being deployed. Responsible for quality, planning ahead, issuing and monitoring information given to Architects and Engineers. Building a good Client relationship. Progress reports, site safety, financial reporting, maintaining the company’s corporate image at all times. Project values range from £2million to circa £9million.

Location:   Midlands | Rate/Salary   to £50K + package
