Estimator - London - £Generous

An enthusiastic trainee and qualified estimator are required to join a strong existing team. The successful candidates will be expected to work on a number of different tenders at any one time. Project values range from £250,000 to £15,000,000 with most work taking place within the M25. My clients carry out construction work across most sectors, which will include new build and refurbishment for Public, Health, Private and Social Housing clients. Tender formats range from traditional bill of quantities to schedules of works, specification and drawings, design and build, 2 stage tendering and Partnering. The ideal experienced estimator will be familiar with all standard forms of contract and with approximately 3 to 4 years post qualification experience. They must have proven ability to work with minimum supervision, highly developed interpersonal skills and be capable of working as part of a team.
