Assistant Quantity Surveyor - London

Up and coming, fashionable house builder needs to add to and already successful team. Duties will include sending out tender enquiries, negotiating and placing orders for subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. To make payments for subcontractors, suppliers and consultants including verifying invoices. Monthly valuations and costings, assisting with budgets including taking off quantities. Preparations of claims and contra charges. Agreement of subcontractors final accounts, monitoring of contract.
