M & E Project Manager

My client is looking for a project manager experienced in managing all aspects of M & E Projects from award to completion and handover, including Final Account agreement. Site based throughout London and the South East of England. No particular bias towards either skill, an even match on both sides would provide the most desirable candidates. Sites will range from £1 - £15 Million pounds (mechanical electrical Package) Skills in the following aspects would be prefferred. · HVAC · Domestic Water · Mechanical Ventalation · Gas services · Cold water storage · Refridgeration · BMS & Automatic Controls · Fire Alarms · CCTV · Lighting Protection · IT Cabling · Heating In return my client is looking to offer a competitive salary plus company benefits.
