Estimator / Surveyor

My client is looking for an Estimator / Surveyor to deal with cyclical decorations, planned maintenance and small works to the value of £2.5 million. The ideal candidate will have the following. · Experience in Cyclical maintenance or refurbishment · A qualification in construction or building · Be able to price jobs · Liase with consultants · Obtain competitive rates from subcontractors · Attend all meetings · Good communication skills · Prepare tenders · Formulate strategies for pricing with the divisional manager
